In an effort to maintain a safe, secure and professional environment at ECHS during our home games and as we prepare for the upcoming 2013 season the following rules should be adhered to at all times during all practices and games at ECHS. 

The only people allowed access to the press box are as follows:

Game day Announcer

·         Only those approved by Coach Deloach, Coach Coleman (JV), Coach Wilson (9^th), Ken Lorow or Cindy Ridgeway are authorized to perform the duties of announcing on behalf of East Coweta Baseball. At all times while announcing we must maintain a professionalism that is reflective of EC baseball.    At no time shall the announcer be a child under the age of 18.

Official East Coweta Scorekeeper

·         The official scorekeeper for East Coweta Varsity, JV or Freshman team.     

·         The press box is not to be accessed by a visiting team’s scorekeeper unless prior approval has been granted by Coach Deloach, A.D. Ken Kesselring, or Principal Evan Horton.

Game day Scoreboard Operator

·         Only those approved by Coach Deloach, Coach Coleman (JV), Coach Wilson (9^th), Ken Lorow or Cindy Ridgeway are authorized to perform the duties of Scoreboard operator during home games.  At all times, while operating the scoreboard, it is critical to maintain focus so the scoreboard is aligned with the on field action.     

Newspaper Personnel

·         Those individuals covering the game in an official capacity such as Newnan Times Herald are authorized to be in the press box on game days.  Guests of the newspaper personnel must have authorization from Coach Deloach, Coach Coleman (JV), Coach Wilson (9^th), Ken Lorow or Cindy Ridgeway to be in the press box also.   

If you are not performing an actual job for the game taking place as described above, an active school administrator, current EC baseball coach or a Board member given specific access permission personally from Coach Deloach you may not be in the press box before, during or after the games.  At no time shall former players or parents be allowed to stand in the press box during the games without prior approval from Coach Deloach.
